Outdoor gyms

Exercising outdoors is a great way to stay active and improve your health while enjoying nature.

The City is committed to providing free and accessible exercise opportunities by installing outdoor gyms in some of our parks and reserves.

We have developed a series of instructional videos for each outdoor gym. These videos will show you how to use the equipment correctly and tailor exercises to suit your individual fitness level and ability.

We strongly encourage all users to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise routine.

It is important to use the outdoor exercise equipment as intended and to choose exercises that match your fitness level to ensure a safe and effective workout.
