Tendering in the City
If you are considering submitting a formal tender, it is recommended you read the information guide which has been developed to assist quoters and tenderers understand how we conduct a tender or quote, and what process needs to be followed to ensure your submission is compliant.
All conditions relating to the submission of a quote or tender are included in the Request for Quote or Tender documentation which is made available when enquiring about a current quote or tender.
The submission of tenders via facsimile will not be accepted.
All publicly invited tenders are advertised in the Local Government Tenders section of the Saturday or Wednesday edition of The West Australian newspaper.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Canvassing of the Mayor or Councillors will result in automatic disqualification.

Current tenders
Tender and quote documentation can be downloaded from the City's Rock Port portal. First time users will need to create a new account or existing users can log in with their username and password.
Once signed in, click on the "Open Tenders" tile, and click on the link for the tender you require. Complete the information and click on "Submit". The tender documents will then be available to be downloaded immediately.
*Note: If you are enquiring about a tender or quotation less than three days before the closing date please call the relevant officer/department to ensure your enquiry is attended to before closure.
