Rockingham Foreshore will light up at the official launch of the City’s Christmas lights display.
There will be lots of festive fun for the whole family, including a visit from Santa, stage performances, roaming entertainment, children’s activities, market stalls, food vendors and the turning on of the Christmas lights at 8pm.
This is a free entry, non-ticketed event.
A photographer is in attendance at this event capturing images for future City of Rockingham marketing and promotion.
Visitors are encouraged not to smoke, vape or drink alcohol.

Christmas Market Vendors Expressions of Interest
Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are now open for market stalls and vendors that wish to be considered for the opportunity to trade at the City's Christmas Lights Launch event. Applications close Sunday 1 November 2026.
To register your interest, complete the online EOI through The Event Mill, who are contracted to run these events for the City. Please note that The Event Mill will collect your information as part of the application process, and you can choose whether to be included in their database for future opportunities.
Submitting an EOI does not guarantee an offer to trade. There is no cost to register your interest. Fees and conditions apply for successful vendors.
Registrations for food vendors at all of the 2026/2027 major events have now closed. Please be aware that only the Christmas Lights Launch event have the opportunity for market stalls to trade.
