Successful grant applicants must follow guidelines to recognise the City's contributions and report on the funds expenditure. This page contains information about the requirements for recipients of:

City of Rockingham Grants and Scholarships

Acquittals are submitted through SmartyGrants. You’ll receive an email with a link and instructions on how to complete your acquittal.

Successful applicants must provide the following documentation to the City through the SmartyGrants link which will be emailed to you

Proof of units studied, to be documented from the institute of study that includes:

  • full name of recipient 
  • title of the course studied
  • name of the institution 
  • semesters of the units studied
  • grade outcome of each unit.

Confirmation of re-enrolment, to be documented from the institute of study that includes:

  • full name of recipient 
  • title of the course studied
  • name of the institution 
  • outline of units to be undertaken.

Logo

If your grant application is successful, you must recognise the City’s contributions. Use of the City’s logo must be approved by our Strategy, Marketing and Communications team before distribution of any promotional material. Guidelines for use of our logo can be downloaded below.

City Banners

If you are using signage or banners to recognise the City’s contributions you can submit an application form to book a banner that promotes the project or event is ‘Supported by City of Rockingham’. 

Complete and return the below form to the City’s Grants Officer at least six weeks prior to the event or project.

Acquittals

Successful applicants are asked to submit their acquittal through SmartyGrants by the due date outlined in their approval letter. Please make sure you keep all relevant receipts and records handy.
